Marton School, West End" School (Paljnerstoii), Herald and Chroniole Cos', promises, and George and JCersley's landsome drapery buildings in the Avenue, Wanganui, known as the Economic, fitese latter premises are regarded by authorities as the finest in the Dominion, [and a.great tributo to the artistic skill of Wangauui's leading architect. pMr. Battle's services are not only widely sought in designing large public (buildings, but he is in great demand as tho author of now designs for modem Siomes. He works on the good principle of conserving and putting to good iuse all available space, besides -providing for every possible convenience and fine saving of labour for those most concerned, viz., the womenfolk.
