"IMPERIAL BRIGANDS OF POTSDAM"
FIERY SPEECH IN THE GERMAN REICHSTAG. ' Australian-New ftenland Cahlo Association, London, November 12. A wireless message from Berne states' that a stenographio report of the proceedings in theßeichstag on October 27 contains a hitherto unreported speech' by the Socialist, Hcrr Ruehle, who said that tho war was started by a hand of Imperial brigands at the Headquarters at Potsdam. Tbey were the criminals whose hands were stained by tho blood of millions. "Dr. Liobknecht," he said, "wants nothing from them, neither a pardon nor amelioration of his lot in servitude. Ho will accept nothing from them, and awaits his liberation by tho workers, who, when they understand' the truth, will'iisc and put an end to tho despotism of militarism, and of Germany's enemies in high places at Potsdam'."
Most of tho speech was inaudible, owing to the tumult.' Herr Ruehle was repeatedly called to order.
