AN ANNOUNCEMENT. We have to announce that tha secofid series of 1916 "Studebaker" cars are now on their way to New Zealand, per s.ft. Pakeha, from Montreal, due toamva shortly. These cars come from the Canadian assembling and finishing branch. Walkervillc, Ontario and are remarkable for their exceptionally fine nmsft, necessitated by the demands of the overseas Stddcbnker trade. Many valuable detail improvements are incorporated m the second series models, one of the most noteworthy., of these being the provision of independent and separately adjustable front teats of the "bucket type, to-, rattier with adjustable pedals. This refinement should especially.appeal to tho ady driver or the exceptionally tall or short man, whose comfort is not adequately provided for by .the usual fixed dimensions in the front of the car. Another important modification is the relegation of the petrol tank to the rear of the car, and tho provision of a vary efficient vacuum feed to carburetter. There are many minor modifications and improvements, all designed to add to tha comfort and convenience of both driver and passengers, while in appearance the car is handsomer than eve,-. Tho new Studebakers will be on view at Stndebafcer Agencies shortly, and all interested ■in the latest developments in American automobile design are invited to inspect them.
