FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications arc for increasing northerly and easterly winds and a falling j barometer ■ everywhere. Dull, and misty conditions are likely to overspread the Dominion, with much rain following generally. A< sub-tropical depression has accounted for -warm and hazy conditions generally, but heavy rain : has fallen at times in the northernmost districts.
