A SOURCE OF INFORMATION. Sir, —The enclosed copy of a letter from tlio "Spectator" of September 23 gives information, which porhaps may help relatives to got (quickly) information ro those who are reported "missing" in Franco and Belgium. [Enclosure] Sir,—The Queen Victoria Jubilee Fund Asociation, Ruo Muzzy, No. 15, Geneva, states ■ that it has special permission the German authorities to inquiro fortho missing in the camps and hospitals in tho war zone in' Franco and Belgium. It also circulates illustrated sheets with portraits of tho missing, which are excellent reproductions.—l am, etc., G.C.
