(2) By adding after Clauso 251 thereof, ara amended, iho following new clause, 251 A. 251 A. That if at any time fly larvaeare found in any manure In the City to such extent that in tho opinion of any Inspector of Nuisances the existence of such larvae causes danger to the public health, the occupier of the promises on which such manuro is situated shall be guilty of an offence against this By-law. And Notico is hereby further given that the said resolution will be submitted for confirmation at tho Ordinary Meeting of the Wellington City Council, to be held on THURSDAY, tho lGth day of NOVEMBER, 191G, at the Council Chamber, Town Hall, Cuba Street, Wellington, at 8 p.m., when the date on which tho said By-law will come> into forco will bo fixed.
