DREADFUL STORIES OF VILLA'S CRUELTY
WOMEN TORTURED. Australian-New Zealand Cable Association. El Paso, November 8. Tales of Villa s 'fiendish cruelty have been brought by refugees, from Chihuahua. Two women who resisted had oil poured over them and a lighted match applied to it. Dr. Fisher, an American physician, was murdered while his, friends were trying to raise £1000 for his ransom.
