'The above is hereby cancelled, and the following regulations substituted: 'On arrival at' the base all temporary non-commis-sioned officers of rank higher than sergeant will revert to temporary sergeant.. Sergeants to temporary corporals. „ Corporals to lance-corporals. Lance-corporas to retain t&eir rank. All n.c.o. s will be put through n.0.0, schools at the base. If the n.e.o.'s are passed out of the school satisfactorily their ranks will be made substantive. If not, satisfactorily reported on after passing through training school, to revert to the rank of private."
