EXHIBITION OF BRITISH MANUFACTURES. [Heuter's Telegram.) London, November 2. In the House of Commons, Mr. Runeiman (President of the Board of Trade) stated, that ho was communicating with Mr. Bonar Law (Secretary of State for the Colonics) regarding th.e possibility of arranging an exhibition of' British manufactures in the principal commercial centres of the Dominions. Extensive .preparations will be essential if the exhibition is to he pram ticahle.
