The mine manager./reports under date October 27:—Stoping has been in hand over No. 3 level on the Golconda reef, and about 101b. pickod stone was saved from the general dirt. In the Wv,nyardton workings there has been little drivijjg done on the No. 2 face during the past week, as timbering necessary. Good firm country is now showing in the intermediate face, with a likely-looking reef. A little picked stone was obtained from the stope off "the rise. Crushing was started at- the battery last Wednesday, and Should be oompletcd next week.
