' The following.-regulations are boing 5 Issued to collectors'who are assisting k the Red Gross Committee on Friday ' next—"Our Day":— » 1. All boxes,to be;"numbered and } sealed with official Red Cross Seal. 2. Record to bo kept and signature ' obtained for all boxes banded out. ) 3. Boxes" to _be handed out by tho treasurer or his nominee. ; ' 4. Collectors to he approved by memI bers of the committee. 5. An advertisement to be inserted ' in tho .papers that no contributions are l to he made except to duly authorised collectors, carrying boxes with the official seal. i i .' 6. Licenses to be obtained from the : police for every collector, and which must ho carried by the collector. 7. All boxes to be returned to the treasurer or his nominee, ' who shall open the boxes, count contents, and issue an official receipt for same, which receipt shall contain the number of the box, the collector's name, and the amount. The butt to be signed by (the collector). Two scrutineers appointed by tho committee. 8. Motor-car to collect boxes at intervals during the day and to issue emptjos.
