The Socialist Minister, Signor Bissolati, in a speech, denounced tho treachery of tho Austro-German Socialists, who, he said, had deceived the Allied Socialists in connection with the war. A r ictory would not be complete unless Europe were freed from the nightmare of .Austro-German militarism. Italy would fight until the many-headed monster Austria had heen wiped off the map of Europe. . .
