ZEPPELIN EXCURSIONS OVER HOLLAND

An official Dutch report states that the object which was dropped in Holland by the Zeppelin a few days ago . was part of a petrol reservoir, not a bomb. : [It was reported previously that a ' Zeppelin had appeared over Holland and dropped a bomb.] ' THE VOICE OF "KULTUR" , ■PAN-GBBMAMSM STILL AWAKE. Professor Hugo Munstefberg, in an extraordinary utterance, said_ that the German ideal was not individual works, but service to the whole State. That was tho true meaning of kultur. He predicted an early peace, and l then German kultur would conquer the globe and spread to all countries, and 1 be the distinctive stamp on the next century. • There would be Germanisatdon of the world after the war.
