Allen protesting agaiust the Government scheme to lower the price of butter as it penalised hard-wcrkiag milkers to the benefit of all classes in the cities. Certainly bo has been receiving very high prices for bis produce, arid ho has been able to get that because, at the cost of the Empire, the seas have been kept open to bim.
