At the conclusion of the business of the Anglican Synod last night it was decided to accept a generous offer by Bishop Julius that Bishopscourt should he let, and that lie give half his stipend for education purposes. The Bishop-explained that his family had grown up and gone away, and that h)6 wife and himself would be happier and do their' work quietly in a small house together. Dean Carrington referred to the offer as a striking and noble one.
