DESTROYING POSTAL PACKETS
A' YODTH IN TROUBLE. By Telegraph—Press Aeeociation. ' Auckland, October 26. ' !A youth was committeed for sentence to-day for ■ dastroying eight postal packets at Onehunga. The lad was a telegraph messenger, and had been given a letter-carrier's duty. He stated that as he had been wot through for several days running he toro tholetters up so that he would not have to walk to deliver them.
