FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M, YESTERDAY. Present indications are for variable winds, moderate to strong south-westerly breezes, veering to north-west generally. Weather humid and cloudy to. overcast at times. Barometer unsteady, with a falling tendency soon. Atmospheric pressure has increased, but is still below normal, and shows little variation over the Dominion'.
