£100 TRIP TO THE SOUTH' SEAS. .Messrs. Burns, Philp and Co. liavo generously given thri Wellington Patriotic Socioty a £100 ticket for a comprehensive trip through the South Sea Islands in connection with next week's big effort to raiso money for Red Cross work. The society proposes to dispose of this desirable ticket by moans of a slfilling art union (subject to the con- [ sent of tho Minister), and hopes thereby to raise a large sura towards tho object in view. Tickets will be pur- | chaseablo at tho Patriotic Society's stall in Courtonay Place next week.
