They sank seven moro Norwegian steamers and sis sailing vessels on Tuesday. The Norwegian Government is discussing its reply to tho German Note.
The public is still unaware whether Germany's Note bears the character tf 0.11 ultimatum, but there are sensational rumours regarding tho relations between Norway and Germany. 'JVo Danish ships have been torpedoed. Noithor was carrying contraband. This makes the fifty-sixth Danish ship which has bceu sunk during tho war.
