AT i P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for Ta.ria.ble winds, with strong west to southwesterlies predominating. Expcct cloudy and unsettled weather, with rain in many parts. Barometer rising temporarily everywhere soon. Atmospheric pressure continues low in the south, and has further decreased in the north.
