MARTIAL LAW IN VIENNA
London, October 22. Tho Zurich correspondent of the "Mossageros" states that the situation is grave in Vienna. Martial law has been proclaimed. The shooting of Count Stuergkh is regarded in Rome as a sign of the disintegration of Austria., and it is thought that it may have an important effect on the continuation of the war.
