HIGH WHEAT PRICES
'Australian-New Zealand Cable Association. New York, October 20. Chicago wheat is quoted:—December, 171 Jo. to 169*0.; May, 171f to 168$. [These are the highest prices, with one exception, sinco tho Civil War. It is fredicted that the price will soon reach wo dollars a bushel, possibly three, unless the Government imposes an 'embargo or regulates prices.
