Roland Kennedy and Frank Fran* have been charged with the murder ofConstable Duncan last month. Kennedy created a sensation by pleading guilty, but ho afterwards withdrew the plea.. The solicitor for the Crown stated that there was abundant evidence to prove that this crimo was the result of I/W.W. doctrines, which had been circulated in the country. Both ac-i cused are members of the I.W.W. .
