The Dutch newspaper "Telegraaf" states that tho Germans are compelling Belgians to work for them, especially on tTie railways. Hundreds of people at Ghont were imprisoned and some shot for refusing. The Germans hare seized the Antwerp municipal councillors and placed them as hostages in buildings in Gorman occupation. This is tho sequel to tho warning against Allied air_ raids oil vital points of the Belgian railway system. DEPORTED WOMEN REPATRIATED The first batch of women who were taken from Lille, after being employed on agriculture and laundry work on the Western front, havo been repatriated by the Germans.
