ANOTHER "DASH" INTO THE NORTH SEA
GERMAN FLEET SAID TO BE GETTING READY TO COINCIDE WITH A MILITARY EFFORT Australian-New Zealand Cable Association. London, October 17. It lis reported from German sources Hat the German fleet is being actively prepared for another dash into the North Sea. It is intended to -use new and most powerful units, numerous submarines, and the whole of the Zeppelin fleet. The Kaiser, Prince Hehiy, and General von Hindenburg arranged the details for the venture to syriohroniso with a military effort.
