Alan D. Cuff, £6 16s. tkl, exists £1 3s. 6d.; James E. Tristram v. Josiuia Heard, 35., costs only; W. and J. Staples and Co., Ltd., v. Williams and Anderson, £19 lis. -7d., costs £1 ltta. 6d.; Public Trustee (as executor of tho estate of Alfred John Parsons) v. Henry H. Thompson, £23 155., costs £2 ,145.; Henrietta Jnnes v. Mrs. E. Woodard (separate estate), £13 15s. 6c1., costs 15s.' 1 In a judgment summons case Charles Maddociv was ordered to pay B, Smith tlio sum of £1 13s. lOcl. by instalments of ss. per week. ■ .' •; Nellie Ham proceeded against Pansy tiranfleld and Emily Thomas to recover tho sum of £25, value of certain furniture detained, and damages. There was a countor-olaim for £1 Bs. Bd. for rent. Judg;nont was given for plaintiff for £2 damages and return of goods\ and costs . £2- 9s. On the counter-claim judgment was .given, for Draiifield for £1 Is. 6(1. and. costs-9s. Mr. T. W. Hislop appeared for plaintiff, and Mr. J. J. M'Gratb for defendants.
