The Wheat Commission is busily arranging the details of the new system; of control, and in tho meantime trad© is at «, standstill pending further information. The corn market is discussing the 'problem whether the wheat prices, whon fixed, will govern- 2,000,000 quarters in granary, and 2,385.000 quarters in passage on October 10, when tho Commission was formed. There is a strong feeling that this will be unjust. It is suggested that it would bo a fair arrangement if the now price wcro fixed at 70s. as from January 1, while holders of 4,385,000 should bo allowed to sell before then at prices ruling on October 10.
