INCENDIARY FIRES SUSPECTED
NEW PLYMOUTH AND NELSON. By Telegraph—Press Association. New Plymouth, October 14. Outbreaks of fire have been numer-' ous hero lately, and systematic incendiarism is suspected. Last night ono of the tenants of Mr. Newton King's block discovered a fire in an outhouse in an alleyway. A fe € -' buckets of water extinguished it, but had! it gone undiscovered in a little while the block ■would probably have been destroyed. Apparently kerosene'was used. Nelson, Ootober 14.
A fire occurred early yesterday morning in the office of the Golden Bay Cement Works at Tarakohe. It is stated.that there is reason to suspect incendiarism. special police officer was dispatched this morning, to investigate. ■
