EXCHANGE OF UNFITS
NEGOTIATIONS WITH TURKEY i (Reutor'g Telegram.) London, .October 12. In the House of Commons, Mr. H. W- Forster, Financial Secretary to the War Office, announced that the Turks hold prisoner 537 British officers • and 11,641 men, while the British hold 439 Turkish officers and 9751 men. Negotiations for the exchange of unfits are proceeding.
