_*_ Sergt.-Major S. 'R. Buttle, 18th Specialist Coy., has been appointed 2nd lieutenant on probation, and has been transferred to' Trentham Details 23rd. Specialist Coy. The following temporary appointments have been approved by the Camp Commandant at Fcatherston:—' Gunners C. W. S. - Crabb, W. G. O'Neill, 19th N.Z.F.A.H.8., to be shoeing smith; Gunner L. F. Barlow, .20th N.Z.F.A., to bo shoeing smith: Corpl. N. C. M. Shepherd, Ptes. J. H. B. Watt, C. L. Jones, G. L. Stanbrook, Headquarters, Camp Commandant's office, to be O.R. clerks; Pte. A. H. Giles, 19th N.Z.M.E., to be lance-cor-poral. 18th Specialist Company, Signal Section.—Corpl. G. H. Stark, to be sergeant; Lce.-Corpls. G. C. Salmond, M. A. Stone, to ho corporals; Ptes. F. A. Bailey, C. E. Watson, to be lance-cor-porals. The following temporary appointments have been approved by the Camp Commandant at Trentham:— Headquarters Staff (Q.M. Stores).— Pte: A. M'Cann, F-. Shacklack, to bo corporals. B Company, 21st Reinforcements.— Ptes. C. G. Bignell, E. B. Campbell, A. E. Dalgety, L. J. Davis, J. 0. Fruish, A. Lauder. M. R. Moore, J. M'llwralth, P. Oliver, J. C. Saxon, V. W. Stratford, L. Wood, to ho lancecorporals.
