FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for cool, changeable, 'and showery weather, moderate to .strong southerly winds prevailing; and veering to westerlies shortly in tho south. Barometer unsteady. 'An atmospheric depression, still persists in the north, and haß accounted for a continuance of dull, misty weather generally, with rain in many parts. Moderate to strong southerly 'windß have provailed, except in tho northernmost districts, where northerlies and westerlies still rule. D. 0. BATHS. Meteorological Office.
