London, Octobor 11. "The Times," in a leader on the Wheat Commission, says that tho Government ha 3 acted wisely, and intends to avoid the dangerous depletion of the wheat/reserves. The trade is_ holding the smallest stocks, because it is anticipating tho possible release of Russian and Rumanian stocks.
