Tho Union Stoam Ship Company advise that tho ilocraki. left Sydney at 3 Jj.m. yesterday, a day late, and should arrive hero (it. noon on Tuesday next. 'KRISCO BOAT. Prom Sun Francisco, via Pnpeelo and Barotonßa, tho Moana arrived, in port at 1.30 o'clock yesterday morning:, and berthed ot* No. 15 Jcrvois Quay breast-work at 8 e.m. Fine wither, with slight southoast ivmds, was experienced throughout voyage to Papeete, whero tho vessel arrived at 2 p.m. oti September 25. She left Papeete exactly a day later, and on tho run to Rarotonga met with fresh trndo winds and moderate sea. She arrived at Rarotonga at 2.30 p.m. on September 28, and after loading 600 tons of fruit proceeded on her voyage at 7.55 a.m. next day. A considerable 6woll was running nlj Rarotonga, -which, delayed tho loading of tho ship. During the rest of the voyage fine weather and smooth seas wero oxperianoed. pout lyttelton from new tork. The G. and D. Lino advise that the Port Ls'ttelton (6444 tons, Captain Hayter) will probably arrive at Melbourne on October 10, and will afterwards visit Sydney, Auckland, and Wellington. She may be expected. hero towards the end of tho month. VICTORIA LEAVES SYDNEY. The Huddart-Parker Go. advise that tho Victorm sailed from Sydney at 11 p.m. on Thursday, and is duo at Auckland on Tuesday. She has 64 passengers, and 1500 tons of cargo for New Zealand ports. Her time-table on the East Coast has not yet been dccidcd. NELSON HAJtBOUIt. The monthly report of tho liarbou*. master (Captain H. Collins) at Nelson' stated:—'The trade of tho port for tho month ended September 30 had been at Its usual volumo for- the period of tTio season. No oargo is being taken for Lyttelton by tho Patcena. to-night on account of tho vessel having to go on the slip at Lyttelton havo a new piece fitted on to her propeller. The Kamo leaves Westport to-night for Wellingtocn. She should arrive hero on Sunday evening,- and on completion of discharge will Toturn to Westport. The.Karamu, at present on the slip, is not now expected to sail for New Pipmouth. until Tuesday. The Monowai is to leave Auckland today for Wellington, via Napier. She Is duo hero on Tuesday, and will sail tho same day for Lyttelton and Dunedin. Captain D. Ritchie, late of the Pateena and Tarawora, did not join the Manuka as fourth- officer on Thursday as previously stated, but travelled by that vessel as ortra officer. On arrival at Sydney ho will take char go of the Union Company's Waitotara. Captain Kidman is now in chaTgo of tho liner Kumaiu, in place of Captain Green. Tho lOumara has now been timed to loavo Lyttelton for Wellington on Monday., She may bo ospocted amongst tho arrivals' on Tuesday. The Calm is duo to-day from Timaru, and will eail for Wanganui to-night. She is expected back here again to load for southern ports on Tuesday. • Tho Blenheim sails for Titirangi to-day with a load of timber, and is due back here on Tuesday. Her next trip will probably be to Wanganui, and sho is timed to leave for Havelock and Pelorus Sound on October 16.

Johnston aud Co.'odviso that' the Waimea will not now arrive hero from Wanga-nui until "Wednesday. Bhc "will leave for Nelson and coast the same day. The Kennedy, leaving Wellington on Monday, will sail straight for tho West Coast, missing the call at Nelson. Mr. A. "Ross, fourth engineer on tho Karma, has, signed off,, and his place has been taken by Mr. .C, J. Gasgoine. Tho Ngakuta leases for Greymouth this afternoon, and loads back to-Wellington.
