last night Ba6e Records issued, a casualty -list which contained tha greatest number, of names of officers and men killed since .New Zealand has participated in thii great European war. Altogether it contained the names of G35 men who have been 'Silled' and wounded, and out of that number five officers and 175 men have been- killed' in action,- while one officer and '26 men have died of wounds. The total number of officers and men who have lost their'lives, in this latest list, fighting for. thoir country, is 207, while 428 New Zealimders. have been wounded.
