Affairs in Greece are still chaotic. The Bang has accepted tho resignation of the Cabinet, and the Greek treasury is nearly empty. The Greek Premier is stated to have declared for war on the side of the Allies. There is a lull in -the Western theatre, where tho weather is bad.
