The Victorian University College Debating Sooioty has, at the request of the "Wellington Committee of the Round Table, arranged to hold a public discussion' of Imperial problems at the collego on Friday evening. The recent' lectures of Mr. Lionel Curtis evoked much public interest, which interest the college society-and the Xtound Table Committee aTO keenly desirous of stimulating and fostefing._ The leaders of the discussion on Friday mil bo Mr. George Hogben, 0.M.G., who Trill support the present Imperial system: Mr. P. J. O'Regan, who will advocate an alliance of tho aelf-govern-inrr Dominions; and Mr. H. 1". von Haast, who will advocate an Imperial Parliament.
