A Belgian official communique states: "General Tombeur repprtß that when J'abora was captured the enemy left fifty Europeans and three hundred natives dead. One hundred officers, noncoms, and numerous natives woro taken prisoner. Four guns were also taken. The Belgians released 159 European war prisoners, who had been interned.
