In aid of the Citizens' Christmas Gift Fund for .Soldiers, Saturday, October 7, will be a gala day at the Basin Ueserve. There will be many attractions lo draw tho public. An Association football match, ladies' hockey match, and a parado and review of 1(100 l!oy Scouts, side-shows, and races, cut., will be held, all the takings jjni»S to tlio fund. Fuller particulars will be issued during the week.
