NO HOPE FOR CREW OP VESPER. Tho dinghy of the recently capsized scow Vesper ha-s been found - broken up near tho entrance of Port Fitzroy. Tho miaßing men are Captain G. S. Davis, of Brown (Street, Ponsonby, married, one child; Leslie Crow, mate, single, relatives residing at Papanui, Ohristohurch; and Charles Smith, engineer, of No. 146 Upper Nelson Street, Auckland, married, four children. The searoh for the men lias 1 been continued since- tho accident to tho scow, but all hope that thoy might have tot away has been abandoned since the nding tho dinghy. The Vesper -was towed to Orakei from Whangaparapora on Monday, and now lies on the beach there. Tha American barque Golden Gate, at present on her way from San Francisco to Auokland with. e. cargo of case-oil, will only unload part of her cargo in New Zealand. She will then go on to Australia to finish discharging. Tho Corinna, which left hero for New Plymouth and Onohungn, last evening, is duo back on Sunday or Monday with a full load of general cargo. The Rosamond is due to-day with a full cargo of timber' from Greyniouth. On completion of discharge here the vessel will sail for Wcstport. The Kini is expected from Greymouth to-day end will go to Hiramar Wharf to discharge coal. The Tarawcra left Lyttelton last evening with 160 tons of cargo for Wellington. She will leave for Napier,' Gisborno, and Auckland to-day, but will not be receiving any cargo after 10.30 a.m. on account of very limited space. The Warrimoo is expected to leave Timarn on Friday afternoon, and will be due here on Saturday. After finishing here the vessel will sail for Napier, Gisborne, and Auckland.

Oable advice has been received by the Now Zealand Shipping Company that their liner the Euapehu, which left New Zealand on Aujast 1, arrived in Plymouth on September -21 after a, passage of fiftyone days.
