MAGISTRATE'S COURT
Intho Magistrate's Court yesterday, for insobriety Margaret Irving was convicted, and a prohibition order was issued against her. Guy Cockburn was fined 55., and James H. Cocker was lined ss. Wm., Webster was remanded till Sep-tember-26 on a charge of stealing 3s. worth of tea. Clias. James Ward, or. a charge of being a rogue and a vagabond, was remanded till October 2. Walter Emmett was fined £2 for tho theft of a sot of false tooth valued at £s,.the property of Henry Geary.' James Hayes, alias John, was lined £2 for obstructing Constable Frost while in the execution of his duty. Alex. Waters was fined £3 for having used obscenp language.
