Tho Postmaster-General announces that uniform rates of one shilling, two shillings, and throe shillings for three, seven and eleven pounds weight respectively have been fixed for all parcels addressed to New Zealand soldiers on active service, whether iii Egypt, France, or Mesopotamia, the same rates also applying to parcels addrossed to New Zealand sailor's on board tho Philomel, or other warships manned by New Zealand crews.
