It was decided that a one-inch water supply pipe be laid in Kildrudden Avenue, off Hay Street, at an estimated cost of £16. . ,Tho petitioners for improvements to tho roadway at.-Blair Street aro to bo informed that in the opinion of tho council it is desirable to iiav6 the work carried out as 6oon as tho necessary material is available and) the season Opportune. Councillor Barber said that tho company's idea was to build a three-story building,and use part of tho top floor for a dwelling. Mr. T. F..
