4 !_ A MAGISTERIAL DECISION REVERSED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Duncdin, September 20 At Balclutba to-day, Mr. Young, S.M., reversed his decision in the case of Charles Ronald M'Lay, a railway cadet, whom he had previously convicted of the theft of 10s., freight on sacks. The Magistrate said he was perfectly satisfied that the principal witness, a boy, had lied to him in the previous hearing. Ho was quite convinced that the accused was innocent.
