SEAMAN DROWNED.' By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, September 13. Tho body of a, seaman named Fredcrick Parker was found in tho harbour to-day. Deceased had been employed on tlio scow Jane Gilford, and it is thought that he fell from a dinghy last night when returning to his vessel, which was anchored in the stream.
