The British Government has invited the Congress of Chambers of Commerce in South Africa, which opened to-day at Cape Town, to nominate four com.niercial men in conjunction with the Trades Commissioner in London to visit Franco, with similar delegations from Australia and New Zealand, with a view to fostering trade between Franco and the Dominions.
