POLICE RAIDS IN LONDON. (United Sorviec.) (Roe. September 12, 11.15 p.m.) London, September 12. Tho police military raids in London havo produced remarkably few slackers. One thousand five hundred business men wero hold up at Marylebone station, and two hundred of them, carrying insufficient proof -of identification, wcro marched to the police station.
