ME. HAEOLT) BEAUCHAMP'S . VIEW. Australian-No-iv Ztoland Cable Association. Now York, September 10. Mr. Harold Beauchamp, Chairman of the Bank of Now Zealand, has been entertained by the hardwaremen. In a speech, Mr.' Beauchamp commented on America's labour situation. Compulsory arbitration, be said, had been tried in Now Zealand, without very satisfactory results, owing to the impossibility of executing the Court's awards against the employees.
