At the Publio Tepid Swiming Baths on Saturday evening considerable excitoment was created in tho 33 1-3 yards handicap for boys, tho following being the results: —First heat:' W. Thomas, scr., 1; S. Thornhill, 3sec, 1; —. Columb, scr., 2; L. M'Clabe, 6scc, 3. Also started: Barr, 6scc. Final: A. Ross, 1; F. Mumford, 3; E. Thornhill, 3. A great race, just won on tho touch. Next Saturday evening a 33 1-3 yards breast stroke bandicap will bo held. A 100 yards breast stroke competition for boys will be held in a month, tho winner of which will receive a silver medal, donated by Mr. W. H. Wakelin.
