The Agricultural Bureau, in the crop estimates, announces that nearly all the estimates declined during the month, wh<fo.t by 43,000,000 bushels, oats 43,000,000, and-barley 11,000,000. Spring .wheat is.estimated to give a production of 156,000,000 bushels, compiled with the August forecast 'of 199,000,000 bushels. The report says there is liarley and enough spring wheat for home consumption.
