SHOOTING AFFRAY IN MONGOLIA. Australian-New Zealand Cablo Association. TOkio, September 5. There has been another incident in Mongolia; ,Chinese fired on Japanese, and there were several casualties. A NOTE FROM JAPAN. (United Service.) (Rec. September 6, 7.5 p.m.), Pelting, September 6. The Japanese Ambassador has presented a Note requesting the punishment of the officials connected with the recent troubles at Cheng Chia Tung.
